We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Sales & Marketing Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing effort in driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Individuals who possess excellent skills and relevant experience in the e-commerce and retail industry are preferable.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external clients. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial in order to identify and capitalize on market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and
• achieve company objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and customer needs
• Coordinate product launches and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Analyze sales data regularly and provide reports to management 
• Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate leads and drive sales through various channels
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback and recommend solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with services and are not facing any issues with online orders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other social sciences related fields
• Experience in e-commerce and online sales will be a plus
• Sound knowledge of social media, digital and traditional marketing strategies and operations
• Problem solving, communication skills as to relating with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, Canva, Adobe, and scheduling assistant applications for effective marketing communications & operations
