Job Summary:

The Operations/Business Manager will manage daily operations, streamline processes, and support our team to ensure our fashion and beauty products reach customers efficiently. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual passionate about our mission and ready to make an impact in a small, dynamic business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, including production, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate product launches and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close business deals and provide business performance updates during business review meetings.
  • Capture industry trends and translate them into new product or service developments
  • Monitor and track operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate activities of the sales and marketing team to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance profitability.
  • Manage production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, business management, or a related role (e-commerce/retail experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and ability to work with teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or inventory management software
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, and sustainable practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, small business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field
